Why it matters

The schedule is decided by two phases. We crew both.

Most general contractors are brokers. They win the job, then hand the schedule to whichever subcontractor answers the phone.

On a ground-up build, framing and interior finishes sit on the critical path. If either slips, the certificate of occupancy slips with it. Good Wood carries both in house, with our own crews, equipment and superintendents.
